Back floats!
Kickboards!!
My mom was here for a few days during Luke's lessons.
Hey I can float!
So Luke in swim lessons again this summer. This is his second summer doing it. Last summer he was in Level 1 and did well, but we put him in Level 1 again this summer as a refresher course. We are not in the water a whole lot, so it takes him a lot time to get warmed up to being in the water. He loves the water, but just not the whole putting his face in it part...lol. He has improved so much this summer and I am very proud of him. He has gone from...the first three days of not going under at all-to going under water over 20 times in one lesson (he counted...lol) Tomorrow is his last day of the 2 week session. He is excited cause they get to have a play day. I entered him into the next session that starts on Monday and he will be doing Level 1 again. Now that he is not afraid to go under water he will be able to learn more of the basics better and hopefully next summer he will be ready for Level 2 and not need to repeat Level 1 again.
